Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates
These records began in Scotland in 1855 and continue to the present day. For births up to 1908, marriages up to 1934 and deaths up to 1958 we can provide photocopies for £4 as long as you have enough information to allow us to find the entry. If you have less information we may still be able to find the entry - please enquire.
For dates after the dates above, we can also provide full transcription of all the information written on any certificate, sent to you either by e-mail or ordinary mail. Transcriptions are £4 per entry.

These records are not yet available on an online index but as we have regular access to the record office in Edinburgh we can search them for you. We can then either transcribe the document and email it to you (£4) or you can request an official copy and we will post that on to you (£15).
